Dr Ruiz created Wellness Center for Integrative Pediatrics with the mission to restore and revitalize the human body to function optimally (mind- body- spirit) by focusing on treating the root cause of an illness using an individualized, integrative approach.
Her specialties lie in treating patients with chronic disease who suffer from PANDAS/PANS (Pediatric Acute-onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome), mold toxicity, lyme disease and co-infections, and MCAS (mast cell activating syndrome). Other clinical conditions she treats include asthma, atopic dermatitis, ADHD, autistic spectrum disorders, autoimmune disorders, migraine headaches, to name a few.
Treatment modalities she incorporates into her clinical practice include Functional Medicine, herbal medicine & nutritional support, IV nutritional therapies including ozone, clinical homeopathy, medical acupuncture, and vibrational/energy medicine.
She is board-certified in Pediatrics through the American Board of Pediatrics as well as double-boarded in Integrative Medicine through the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) and American Board of Integrative & Holistic Medicine (ABIHM)
