About Well Rooted Kids - Pediatric Health Coaching

Hi, I’m Valerie.

Here at Well Rooted Kids – Wellness Coaching for Body & Mind, I help children & adults optimize physical, emotional, and mental well-being through personalized nutrition and lifestyle goals.

When you work with me, I’ll support you in identifying and prioritizing personalized health goals for your child. I’ll help you plan and make changes to restore BALANCE through managing diet, exercise, sleep, environment, and stress. Through my Well Rooted Kids program, I coach parents through goals to support their child’s physical and mental well-being.

In short… I’ll help you clarify your personalized steps to wellness and guide you to feel empowered to make the changes you are ready to make.

In our work together, I will:
LISTEN fully to the health and wellness concerns that you have.
GUIDE you to identify goals and actionable steps toward improved wellness.
COLLABORATE to review and revise your plan needed.
I look forward to meeting you during your FREE CONSULTATION to discuss how I can help you with your child’s) health and wellness journey!
~ Valerie
