About Alessandra Miele IFNCP FMCHC NBC-HWC

Alessandra Miele, IFNCP, FMCHC, NBC-HWC is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach specializing in autism and related developmental concerns. As the mother of a recovered child with autism, she brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work with families.

Alessandra helps parents uncover the root causes contributing to their child’s symptoms by connecting the dots between nutrition, gut health, environmental factors, functional testing, and lifestyle. She works collaboratively with families and their healthcare providers to develop thoughtful, individualized plans that support long-term health and development.

In addition to autism, she supports children with ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, developmental delays, and other neurodevelopmental concerns using a functional medicine approach. She also has an interest in helping women navigate perimenopause, weight management challenges, POTS, long COVID, mold-related illness, and complex chronic health concerns.

Inspired by the work of Dr. Sidney Baker, Alessandra believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when underlying imbalances are identified and addressed. She continues her advanced training in Functional and Translational Pediatrics through the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS) and Autism Mastery, ensuring her clients receive evidence-informed, practical, and compassionate support.
