Breathe Well Ann Arbor specializes in orofacial myofunctional and breathing pattern disorders for children and adults. Our approach looks beyond isolated symptoms and focuses on the bigger picture surrounding breathing, oral function, sleep, habits, posture, movement patterns, and overall day-to-day function.
We take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to understanding the patterns that can contribute to oral dysfunction and breathing challenges through individualized support that may include breathing re-education, myofunctional therapy, habit retraining, and developmental movement activities informed by Rhythmic Movement Training International (RMTi). Care is provided within a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach with the goal of helping individuals and families build stronger foundations and feel more supported throughout the process.
