Pamela Mueri is a Regulation & Resilience Coach specializing in emotional awareness and nervous system support for parents navigating chronic stress, burnout, trauma, and complex family dynamics. Her work is especially supportive for adoptive parents, parents of children with extra needs or neurodivergence, and families navigating major life transitions such as divorce, illness, or prolonged caregiving demands.
Pamela supports parents whose nervous systems are in high-functioning survival mode, often feeling overwhelmed, reactive, exhausted, or emotionally depleted despite trying therapy, wellness approaches, or medical interventions. Through trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-aware coaching, she helps parents build internal safety, regulate stress responses, and increase emotional capacity so they can show up with greater steadiness, presence, and resilience for their children
This work is designed to complement medical, therapeutic, and integrative care, not replace it. By supporting the caregiver’s nervous system, Pamela helps create a more regulated home environment, which can positively impact a child’s emotional regulation, behavior, and sense of safety over time.
Pamela offers 1:1 coaching and a structured 90-day coaching container, working virtually with families nationwide. Her approach is compassionate, paced, and deeply respectful of each family’s unique story, nervous system, and healing journey.
