About Sara Fieschi BSci (Hons) PhD FNTP IBP

Sara Fieschi, BSci (Hons), PhD, FNTP, IBP
Founder, Little Wildflower Wellness

At Little Wildflower Wellness, Sara Fieschi works from a simple belief: every child has an innate blueprint for health — one that flourishes with aligned nourishment, care, and mind-body balance.

Children aren’t small adults. Their bodies are developing rapidly, and their needs are entirely their own. Sara offers gentle, child-focused nutritional therapy, flower essences and breathwork designed to meet each child exactly where they are — understanding them as a whole: physically, emotionally, and energetically. Her approach is practical and realistic for family life. No overwhelm, no rigid protocols. Just supportive steps that make a difference.

Sara brings a rich, integrative background to this work, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Nutrition with Honours, a PhD in Nutrition, and a Diploma in Functional Nutritional Therapy. For over 14 years she taught and researched health at Deakin University, co-authoring numerous scientific papers and earning recognition throughout her field. She continues to teach as an Assistant Instructor for the Nutritional Therapy Association of Australia & New Zealand’s Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Program and the Innate Biofield Practitioner Program.

But more than her credentials, what shapes her approach is a genuine belief that mind, body, and spirit are woven together in healing — and that true wellness has to honour all three. Her expertise spans Functional Nutritional Therapy, Innate Biofield Attunement, Gastrointestinal Healing, and Nutritional Blood Chemistry, giving her the depth to look past one-size-fits-all advice and support each child as an individual.

Alongside her work with children, Sara also supports women through personalised coaching, consultations, workshops, and online community — often the mothers of the children she sees, because family health rarely happens in isolation.
